The All-On-4 dental implant treatment represents a significant development in implant dentistry. A full arch replacement is now possible in a matter of hours using just a few dental implants thanks to this innovative procedure.
A full set of top or bottom teeth can be replaced with only four dental implants per arch using the All-on-4 technique. We can give you same-day results thanks to our ground-breaking procedure.
This treatment, which involves a thorough dental rehabilitation, is only performed on patients whose teeth are severely impacted.
The phrase “All-On-4” simply describes a denture or bridge—a replacement set of teeth—that is supported by a quartet of fixed dental implants. This process is occasionally mistaken with overdentures that snap into place over implants rather than regular dentures that employ suction or adhesive to stay in place. The bridge is firmly fixed in place using the All-On-4 technique by screws fastened to four properly positioned implants. These are firmly fixed in place and can only be taken out by a dentist.
A typical All-On-4 procedure consists of 3 phases:
- Preparation: Diseased and damaged tissue, as well as any currently compromised teeth, are addressed.
- Implants: Installing implants entails placing two titanium implants in the front of the jaw and two more implants, two of which are angled, in the back. Compared to conventional dentures, this offers a more stable and a practically permanent fit.

You can gently rinse your mouth with salt water to clean the implant site after surgery. Then, you can take care of your dental implants the same way you would take care of your natural teeth. If your jawbone structure is healthy, you are eligible for All-on-4® for teeth-in-a-day therapy. Dental implants may adhere to sound jawbone tissue. In order to preserve patient health, your permanent bridge is not inserted into the implants the same day. Most patients don’t require bone grafting or sinus lifts if the implants are comfortable on the accessible bone. To ensure a perfect fit, dental implant angle correction may occasionally be performed on the installed implant. The insertion of the correct bridge completes the supply of prosthetic teeth.
